This program is a 4-week course that introduces professionals to impact measurement and management. By completing the course, participants will be able to understand the foundational impact language and the context of impact measurement, how to apply this within an Impact Strategy Framework and make the first step toward their own impact measurement project.
Learn about impact measurement and management and work towards your own impact measurement project.
To date, there is no measurable and actionable set of values that could realistically complement profit maximization as a guiding objective. Organizations are still facing difficulties in measuring and managing their impact, despite all efforts, and consequently, fail to maximize their value creation for society. Even when societal value is created, communicating this remains challenging. There is however a group of companies and professionals creating a common language for impact. This impact is measured, reported, and managed, as illustrated by ABN AMRO in its annual impact report.
Examples of subjects that will be addressed:
· Integrated thinking
· Sustainable value chains
· Value creation models and impact pathways
